29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph. a) 1637 Bunting Forest Ct, Marietta, GA: An employee installing siding from a pump jack scaffold was exposed to a lower level fall hazard of over 25-feet. The employee used an A-frame ladder on the scaffold to increase his working height. There was no means of fall protection in use while working from the scaffold platform.
