29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about September 19, 2019, at Lot 48, 6540 Trailway Trace, Cumming, Georgia: An employee performing siding work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials from the employees working above him from a pump jack scaffold while he worked beneath them from the ground without wearing a hard hat.
