29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- Building 6, 505 Mitchell Avenue, Burlington NJ: An employee, not wearing a full body harness with a lanyard attached, was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of a Skyjack Model Number SJ45T articulated boom lift. Condition observed on or about 07/16/15. East Coast Wall Systems, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046908, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/15, with respect to a workplace located at Brick Building, Mitchell Avenue, Burlington NJ.
