29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 7/20/2022 employees at the 540 New Park Avenue construction project were exposed to falls in the following locations: 1. An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 18' while working on a JLG 460-SJ aerial lift without fall protection. 2. An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 18' while working on a Genie S-65 aerial lift without fall protection.
