29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) NPS building: On or about July 21, 2015 and times prior thereto, the employer had three extension cords that were available for use with improper strain relief. This exposed employees to electric shock hazard if the wires caused a ground in the system.
