29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery. Housing Unit 226: On or about July 21, 2015 and times prior thereto, the Bosch table saw was not equipped with a disconnect to keep saw from restarting in the event of a power outage. This exposed employees to potential amputation/laceration to the hands.
