29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 235 Old Hanover Road, Hanover, PA; Employees were installing cinderblock while working on scaffolding as an employee was moving a water hose located on the ground without the use of a hardhat, on or about 07/27/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
