29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501: On or about 07/28/2015 during roofing activities, employees in the process of tearing off old roofing material at residential property located at 214 Schaffer Rd. in Brooklyn Heights, OH, were exposed to a fall hazard from various heights of 10 feet - 22 feet. J.D. Roofing and Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1073631, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1329 Sloane, Lakewood, OH 44107.
