29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about July 22, 2015, employees performing concrete activities from unprotected balconies without fall protection exposed the employees to fall hazards:    a.  From a third floor balcony, Foreman Juan Monjaras and three employees were working without fall protection exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 33 feet to the ground below; and    b.  From a second floor balcony, Foreman Fransisco Marquez and one other employee were working without fall protection exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 22 feet to the ground below.
