Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. Located within the warehouse at 1100 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio: a. Material stored on the Row 39 roll formed selective teardrop racking system was unsecured due to multiple damaged beam locking clips, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. b. Material stored on the Row 37 roll formed selective teardrop racking system was unsecured due to multiple damaged beam locking clips, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. c. Material stored on the Row 36 roll formed selective teardrop racking system was unsecured due to multiple damaged beam locking clips, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. d. Material stored on the Row 31 roll formed selective teardrop racking system between dock number 4 and 5 was unsecured due to unfastened base plates, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. e. Material stored on the Row 30 roll formed selective teardrop racking system was unsecured due to multiple damaged beam locking clips, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. f.
