The door shall be provided with a three point lock.       a)  Aircraft Shafts Paint Booth Area, on or about 7/31/15: A flammable storage cabinet containing 55 gallon waste drum had a broken three point lock on the door.      b)  Industrial Couplings EBW Area, on or about 7/31/15: A flammable storage cabinet containing containers of Magna Flux had a broken three point lock on the door.
