29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: On or about 07/21/15, at the Basford Bldg., at Innovative Communications, St. Thomas, VI. Employees were exposed to accumulation of contaminants such as dust (PNOR) on floor carpets, air conditioning vents, and water damaged ceiling tiles observed at various office areas as follows: a. IT office b. Service Center area c. IR Dispatch d. Network Center e. Engineering Department NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
