29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a: On or about 07/21/2015, Innovative Communications-Basford bldg., St. Thomas VI- I.T. hallway electrical Panels area: Employees were using an electrical panel that have missing breakers exposing live bus bars, therefore, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact. Note: Certification of abatement must submitted for these citation items as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
