29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Employees were exposed to illness from accumulations of lead which were discovered in the following locations: a) In the lunchroom, on the floor in front of the east refrigerator. b) In the lunchroom, on the west handle, on the west refrigerator. c) In the lunchroom, on the lunch box shelf. d) In the mens locker room, on the floor in front of the north stall. e) In the hallway, on the floor in front of the south time clock. f) In the north stair well, on the fourth stair from the top.
