29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or about July 28, 2015 at a jobsite located at 306 E. 12th Street in Kansas City, Missouri- An employee working on a demolition project was connected to a horizontal life line but was not rigged properly and was able to free fall more than 6 feet. Abatement certification for this violation is required.
