29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) covered the following elements, however, the actions were not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147 (d)(1)-(6): a) The employer did not ensure that energy control procedures were followed during routine garbage drum changes and while unclogging the dust collector system on the Mac Airlock equipment. The employer did not: 1) De-energize the equipment. 2) Isolate and control energy source. 3) Maintain control and tagged out energy source. 4) Verify isolation of energy.
