Site - On or about July 30, 2015, employees engaged in framing activities on the exterior balcony were not provided with fall protection and were exposed to falls of over 20 feet. Monster Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106475, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bradley St., Manchester, NH 03103.
