29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Taylor Metal Product Co. on or about July 31, 2015, at the address of 700 Springmill St. Mansfield, OH: The employer failed to ensure rolls of steel coils stored on end in the production area of the new building were chocked or otherwise secured from rolling. Employees walking/working near the unsecured coils in areas of powered industrial vehicle traffic were exposed to struck-by hazards.
