29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: Impact Emloyment Solutions, Inc. at the worksite located at 312 Rader Rd. in McComb, Ohio: On or about July 24, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the sprocket used to power the compression belt and associated chain and sprocket driven by the motor for the flites on the Cartoner machine (s/n 200 162) were guarded to protect employees from being caught in the rotating parts.
