29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: (a) Located at the Ostrander substation at 16885 S Eaden Road in Oregon City, Oregon; On or about and at times preceding August 4, 2015 the inspection revealed that employees performing work grinding on valve fittings with lead paint had not been trained on the required information in Appendices A and B.
