29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On August 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees working at the port of entry are exposed to pigeons/migratory bird droppings/feces which exposes the employees to possible viruses such as but not limited to: encephalitis viruses, West Nile encephalitis which are produce through birds excrements while they work in the non-instrusive areas.
