29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Facility, where employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals including: 1. De-chlorination Shed, where employees were required to remove the bung and place a hose in the opening of a 55 gallon drum containing Liquichlor 12.5% bleach solution. 2. West Building Boiler Room, where employees poured BT-93 sodium hydroxide into a container that was used to deliver chemicals to the boiler system.
