29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. (a) On or about 8/4/2015, GCCS Inc. employees were exposed to paints and drywall and joint compounds (skin and eye irritant) used at Building 2601 on Ft Campbell, KY and the employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present. GCCS, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 680938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Corp Ln, Cartage, TN 37030. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
