29 CFR 1926.34(a): In every building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: a) The 36-inch wide exit door to the employer's trailer, opened directly on the 38 1/2-inch wide stairway platform and in the direction of travel, which obstructed the employees' egress from the trailer.

29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(4): Where doors opened directly on a stairway, the swing of the door reduced the effective width of the platform to less than 20 inches (51 cm): a) The 36-inch entrance/exit door to the employer's job trailer opened on the 38 1/2-inch wide stairway platform. The swing of the door reduced to the effective width of the platform to approximately 2 1/2-inches.
