29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Fountaine at Cooper Lake Subdivision, Lot 2, 1565 Sophia Lane, Smyrna, GA 30082:  Two employees (framers) were using Duo-Fast Ext Strip Nailers (Model DF225C; SN: 15031769) and Hitachi 3 1/4" Strip Nailers (Model: NR83A3(s)) and were not protected from eye injuries while installing siding.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a) Fountaine at Cooper Lake Place Subdivision, Lot 2, 1565 Sophia Lane, Smyrna, GA 30082: Employees were not protected from falling while installing siding from a ladder jack scaffold on a 2-story residence without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet 2 inches to the next lower level.  Sergio Jimenez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994593, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2705 High Point Drive, Kennesaw, GA 30152.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Fountaine at Cooper Lake Place Subdivision, Lot 2, 1565 Sophia Lane, Smyrna, GA 30082: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing siding without fall protection at approximately 11 feet 2 inches above ground level.
