29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about August 11, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on the roof of a residential building. The employees were wearing harnesses but one employee was not attached to an anchorage point. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than six feet to the ground below. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903068, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7381 Black Sage, El Paso, TX 79924. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 565758, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6929 Inca Dove, El Paso, TX 79912.
