On or about November 3, 2021, an employee was not using eye protection while using a handheld saw to cut roofing tiles creating flying particles.  Employee was exposed to the hazard of eye injury.  Jesus Ordaz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  1926.102(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463945, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/16/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2232 Thawline Pl., El Paso, TX.
