29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  On or about August 10, 2015, the employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the employer did not require that seatbelts be worn on machinery equipped with ROPS (roll over protection system).  Employees used equipment such as, but not limited to, ROPS equipped riding mowers and ROPS equipped tractors.  The mowers are used to cut the greens and other areas of the golf course.  The tractors are used for grounds maintenance such as, but not limited to, spraying chemicals.
