The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084169, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/7/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Lester Mill Road, Locust Grove, GA  30248.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

Flour b.     Cornstarch.   On or about May 5, 2015, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when there were no SDS in the groundskeeper shed for chemicals such as, but not limited to,  a.     Gasoline b.     Diesel c.     Pesticides/fungicides/fertilizers  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084169, citation number 2, item number 5b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/7/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Lester Mill Rd., Locust Grove, GA  30248. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084169, citation number 2, item number 5c, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/7/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Lester Mill Rd., Locust Grove, GA  30248.
