29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure: On or about 7/16/15, in the Metal fabrication shop, the employer allowed employees to use the Grizzly 14" blade band saw (model #G05555) to cut 1/8' wood and 3/4" plywood without a means to prevent the saw from automatically resuming power after restoration of electrical power.
