29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  At Stone Park Villas Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about August 10, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee decking a high slope roof was using fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 21.9 feet to the ground below.    b)  At Stone Park Villas Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about August 10, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee framing a dormer on a high slope roof was using fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 18.4 feet to the ground below.    c)  At Stone Park Villas Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about August 10, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee framing rafters on a high slope roof was using fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 18 feet to the ground below.    THE ROLANDO MORALES CHAVEZ DBA ROLANDO CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1056671, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 12, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 150 EAST LAKE SUBDIVISION AUBURN, ALABAMA.
