29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At 1288 Southridge Ct., Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employee to work from a job made scaffold located with a walk board that only measured 8 inches wide exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 15 feet 11 inches to the floor below. THE ROLANDO MORLAES CHAVEZ DBA MORALES FRAMING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(B)(02), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1056860 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, GROUP A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 28, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 670 KINGS WAY LOT 53A, AUBURN, ALABAMA.
