Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 300 Charles St., Lindenhurst, NY - Lindenhurst High School: Employees on a roof, approximately 18 feet in height, were engaged in work activity without protection from falling; on, or about, 08/17/2015. REPEAT VIOLATION: Marfi Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, its equivalent, or essentially similar standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 984800, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 09/26/2014, and became Final Order on 10/24/2014.
