29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Jobsite - Building Roof: On or about 8/18/2015, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working on the roof of a ten story building approximately 117 feet above the lower level. LMP Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314918327, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Carol Drive, Lincoln RI 02865.
