Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falling loads while operating lawnmower jacks: (a) Home Depot Store 4801, Barboursville, WV: Employees were exposed to a crushing hazard from a falling load in that the employer failed to assure that employees were safely lowering the Mojack HDL riding lawnmower jacks when the jacks were suspending the front end of riding lawnmowers as determined on August 20, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
