Miller, Jr. dba Miller Carpentry had employees exposed to fall hazards and the employer did not ensure the use of a fall protection system while framing a residential home on a construction site in Savoy, Illinois.

Miller, Jr. dba Miller Carpentry had employees exposed to fall hazards without fall protection, while framing a residential home on a construction site in Savoy, Illinois, and the employer did not prepare and maintain a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of the standard.
