29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork:       On or about August 8, 2018, Danny Miller dba Miller Carpentry does not secure a supported scaffold to a rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method.  This violation was most recently observed when employees were exposed to potential fall hazards in excess of 10 feet, with the supported scaffold not secured to the rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.      DANNY MILLER DBA MILLER CARPENTRY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1268225, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 27, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1108 ENGLISH OAK DRIVE, CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS 61820.

This violation was most recently observed when employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet without fall protection, while framing on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.
