29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) On or about 08/20/2015 - 700 Broadway Avenue, Sylacauga, AL, the grounds around the site were congested with materials and equipment such as, but not limited to, broken block, pallets, dumpsters full of trash, boxes, etc. that made walking around the site difficult and exposed employees to potential trip and fall hazards.
