29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about 1/6/2026, on the east side of the jobsite, employees (subcontractors) performed masonry-related activities under and around the supported scaffold, which was cluttered with materials such as scaffold parts, wooden boards, and metal pieces. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
