29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): Employees were not informed of the presence, location, and quantity of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and/or Presumed Asbestos Containing Materials (PACM): (a) On and before 08/20/2015, at jobsite, for the glazers installing new windows in the area where damaged Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) was found (caulk debris). The employer did not use effective means of communication to inform the employees of asbestos in that employees interviewed stated that they did not fully understand the presence and location of ACM in the school prior to conducting any work.
