Condition observed on/or about August 25, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a)The Orchards at Monroe - 33 Saratoga Lane, Monroe Twp., NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 35' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about August 25, 2015. JLG Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980514, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 53 Saratoga Lane, Monroe Township, NJ 08831.
