Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from a structural collapse: (a) On or about August 18, 2015, during construction of a freezer/cooler, an employee of Southwest Vault Builders, Inc. was exposed to a struck-by hazard from insulated metal wall panels that were being constructed without exteriors walls in place to protect the installation from high winds.
