The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 439 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 41 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 8/27/15.  b) Prodigy Boats LLC, Jasper, GA - An employee cutting metal was exposed to noise levels at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 96.1 dBA, which exceeded action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 438 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 42 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 8/27/15.  c) Prodigy Boats LLC, Jasper, GA - An employee riveting, cutting and drilling metal was exposed to noise levels at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 96.2 dBA, which exceeded action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 426 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 54 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 8/27/15.  d) Prodigy Boats LLC, Jasper, GA - An employee cutting metal was exposed to noise levels at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 93.4 dBA, which exceeded action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 435 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 45 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 8/27/15.  e) Prodigy Boats LLC, Jasper, GA - An employee riveting, cutting and buffing metal was exposed to noise levels at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 90.1 dBA, which exceeded action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 433 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 47 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 8/27/15.
