29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a. On or about August 28, 2015 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations using pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to eye injuries.
