29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about August 28, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a new build residential home were protected by a guardrail, safety net or personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet. Fidel Meza Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058132, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7169 North Skies El Paso, Texas.
