Employees were observed working at the edge, on the top plate of a framed wall to set the rafter ribs. Violation observed on or about August 29, 2015 b. 301 Plainfield Rd., South Plainfield, NJ - Block 1010, Lot 1.03 Employees engaged in residential framing activities were observed working at the edge without the use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. Employees were observed working at the edge where materials were passed up to the second level to be installed. Violation observed on or about August 29, 2015 c. 301 Plainfield Rd., South Plainfield, NJ - Block 1010, Lot 1.03 Employees engaged in residential framing activities were observed working from an elevated platform without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were observed working on single planks elevated approximately 5 feet from the top of the structure while installing the rafter ribs. Violation observed on or about August 29, 2015
