29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a)  At or near 94 Parsippany Rd., Whippany NJ - Ground Floor :  Employee without protective helmet was exposed to head injury while engaged in framing activities carrying lumber under other workers, on or about 12/18/25  JRN Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508014, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/9/21, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Rector St., Metuchen NJ.

JRN Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508014, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/9/21, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Rector St., Metuchen NJ.
