29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a) On or about August 22, 2015 while operating a powered industrial vehicle (forklift) the employer did not ensure that parts of the body was within the confines of the cab, in that the operators foot was struck by stationary floor material.
