OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees (a) Off I20 West near Exit 36 - On or about August 31, 2015 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard and struck by hazard while standing in the bucket of a Bobcat T190. This employee was lifted 15 feet above the ground by the powered industrial truck. This goes directly against a warning in the operators manual.
