29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a)JD Roofing at 805 E. Drake Street, Buildings 79 - 82, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before August 28th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. JD Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940343, citation number 1, item 1, issued September 30, 2013 and became a final order on November 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 481 Wind River Drive, Denver, CO 80238.
